Hi, I’m Vicky, founder of
Site & Capital.
Before entering property, I worked in an industry where complex projects depend on bringing together many independent specialists. The difference between stressful experiences and successful ones often came down to clarity — having a single place to understand who was involved and how they fit together.
When I began exploring property development, I was struck by how difficult it was to achieve that same clarity. Identifying credible developers, investors and professional teams relied heavily on fragmented networks, introductions and prior relationships.

How do I cancel my membership?
Membership renews annually. If you wish to cancel, you can request cancellation before the end of your current membership term.
Your profile will remain visible on Site & Capital until the end of that term, after which it will be removed from the platform.
If you decide to return in the future, you’re welcome to create a new profile.
