What is Site & Capital?

Connecting the people and businesses shaping development.

Site & Capital is a searchable network of developers, landowners, investors and specialist businesses, organised by sector, discipline and location. Each member has a detailed profile, so instead of relying on word of mouth, you can search directly for the expertise or opportunity you need.

Who is it for?

Site & Capital is built for anyone working across the development lifecycle — from those sourcing land or raising finance, to project teams assembling specialist expertise, to the consultants, contractors and advisors who support them. Members range from landowners and investors to planning consultants, architects, funders, lawyers and sales specialists.

Why was it created?

Property development has always run on relationships, but finding the right one has usually meant relying on existing contacts or hours of research. Site & Capital was created to close that gap — giving the industry a single place to discover who's active, what they do, and how to reach them.

Meet the founder

Hi, I'm Vicky.

Property development has always run on relationships, and the best ones are built over years for good reason. But even the strongest network only stretches so far, and the right business for a project isn't always one you've already met.

I wanted to build something that opens things up; less gatekeeping, less guesswork, so good businesses are easier to find and the right connections happen faster, wherever they come from. That's why I built Site & Capital.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is Site & Capital?

A searchable network connecting developers, landowners, investors and specialist businesses across the property industry.

How do I join?

Complete the form on our Join page with a few basic details. Your account manager will then research your business, build your profile, and send it to you for review before it goes live.

What does membership include?

Every member gets a professionally built profile, visibility across Site & Capital's searchable network, and the ability for other businesses to connect with you directly. Higher tiers add extra profile features and greater visibility. Full details of each tier are on our Pricing page.

How is my profile created?

We build your profile for you, based on the details you provide and our own research into your business. You'll have the chance to review and refine it before it's published.

Will my competitors also be listed?

Yes. Site & Capital reflects the full breadth of the market, so you'll find both complementary businesses and others working in similar spaces to you.

Does Site & Capital recommend or endorse businesses?

No. Site & Capital helps businesses discover one another, but it doesn't recommend, rank or endorse individual organisations. Profile information reflects what each business says about itself, and members should carry out their own due diligence before entering into any commercial relationship.

How do I cancel my membership?

Membership runs on an annual subscription and renews automatically each year. You can cancel at any time before your renewal date to end your membership at the end of the current period. For Launch members, this works the same way — the reduced rate is simply held for 2 years, so you're never locked into staying beyond a single annual term.
