Aviva Investors committed £100m alongside the National Housing Bank to deliver energy-efficient family rental homes across UK towns and cities. Starting in Liverpool and Manchester, the partnership will deliver hundreds of homes on brownfield sites, with a long-term ambition to scale to over 3,000 units.
